RFID wristbands
Specified for one function or several: room access, a bar tab charged to the folio, or identifying a guest to staff. Which of those a band actually does is a configuration decision taken with your systems — not something every band carries by default. Once the scheme is confirmed, bands arrive encoded to it so the front desk issues them straight from the box. Silicone, woven, coated-paper and premium wood-and-cotton constructions are available.

Compatibility
Bands are encoded to work with the lock and point-of-sale systems your property already runs. We supply entry, standard and high-security HF transponders at 13.56 MHz, and 125 kHz where a property still runs a low-frequency estate.
Name the system on your enquiry and send a spare card if you have one. Bands arrive in sequential blocks, ready to issue, with nothing to program on site.

Substrates
Available in 12 core materials, plus wood and cotton.
The construction is fixed; the substrate is the decision. This is where wear period, water behaviour and unit price are actually settled. Premium wooden faceplates with adjustable cotton cords are specified directly within the RFID range.
Moulded elastomer
Silicone
Solid moulded elastomer. Not affected by salt water, chlorine or sun cream, which is what actually ends most wristbands.

Woven fabric
Tightly woven polyester with the design in the weave. The most comfortable band for a stay measured in weeks.

Card stock under a laminate film. The cheapest way to carry a chip for a single day.

Woven from post-consumer bottle fibre. Performs like standard polyester weave with a documented input.

Seamless elastic knit with no closure at all. Nothing to snap, nothing to fail, nothing to adjust.

Bamboo fibre
Bamboo pulp regenerated into spun yarn, then woven. Softer than cotton against skin, with a faint natural sheen the dye picks up.

Organic cotton
Woven cotton with no synthetic content in the textile itself. The familiar material, chosen when the story has to be legible without explanation.

Hemp and jute
Coarse bast-fibre webbing with visible twist. The most textural band in the range, and the most obviously handmade.

Cork
Cork bark shaved into sheet and backed onto a textile carrier. Warm, light, water-shedding, and unlike anything else on a wrist.

Wood bead
Polished timber beads on elastic cord with a slim wooden RFID medallion. Reads as jewellery, works as a credential.

Semi-precious stone beads with an inline RFID medallion. Heavier than wood, cooler on the skin, and unmistakably a gift.

Marine rope
Braided marine cord with a wood or metal closure carrying the chip. Built for salt water and designed to look like it belongs on a boat.

Natural materials, built as a working credential.
The faceplate remains thin and sealed, while the cotton cord adjusts without metal hardware. Beaded versions use the same credential principle in a form suited to premium pool and spa environments.

Wooden-bead option
A darker tactile variant for premium resort and spa use.
