Positions, and the reasoning behind them
These are arguments rather than announcements. Each one states a position we hold about supplying wristbands and explains why, usually because the alternative is something the industry does routinely and should not.
Nothing here reports test results or customer stories. Where a claim would need evidence we do not have, the note makes an argument instead — which is the honest form for this kind of writing.

Why we will not claim universal compatibility
Every competitor page says "compatible with all major systems". It cannot be true, and the properties who believe it find out too late.

Bands returned as "dead chips" are almost always intact chips on broken antennas, and the break is nearly always at a bond line.
