Wooden RFID wristbands
At the top of the market the wristband is the first object a guest is handed and the one they wear at dinner. A moulded blue silicone loop tells them what kind of property they have booked, and it is not the message a lodge or a wellness resort is paying for. A thin wooden faceplate on a cotton cord reads as jewellery, works as a credential, and is the single most photographed item we make.

Compatibility
Bands are encoded to work with the lock and point-of-sale systems your property already runs. We supply entry, standard and high-security HF transponders at 13.56 MHz, and 125 kHz where a property still runs a low-frequency estate.
Name the system on your enquiry and send a spare card if you have one. Bands arrive in sequential blocks, ready to issue, with nothing to program on site.

Available in wood bead, organic cotton and bamboo fibre.
The construction is fixed; the substrate is the decision. This is where wear period, water behaviour and unit price are actually settled.

Bamboo fibre
Bamboo pulp regenerated into spun yarn, then woven. Softer than cotton against skin, with a faint natural sheen the dye picks up.

Wood moves with humidity, and a thin wooden faceplate around a rigid inlay moves against something that does not. Left raw, the faceplate cups within days at a poolside property and the bond line between the two wooden halves opens along the grain. The band does not stop reading — it just looks broken, which at this price point is the same thing.
The answer is to seal both faces and all four edges, not only the visible one. An unsealed edge is an open capillary straight into the glue line, and the edge is exactly where a guest picks up the band. We finish with a low-sheen sealer that leaves the grain visible and the surface matt, because a glossy wooden band immediately reads as coated and loses the reason it was specified.
Marking is laser rather than ink for the same reason. Ink on a sealed surface is a layer that can lift; laser engraving removes material and exposes darker wood beneath, so the mark is the same object as the band. It also means a two-tone property mark is not available — laser gives one tone, controlled by depth and speed. Properties that need two colours are specifying a printed band with a wooden aesthetic, which is a different and less convincing product.
The cord carries no metal. That is a specification, not a style choice: metal hardware at a spa or a hammam is a burn risk and a snag risk on robes, and a metal crimp beside a transponder antenna detunes it. A sliding cotton knot adjusts across a range wide enough for a child or an adult, holds under a towel, and can be cut off with the same scissors as a fabric band.
