About Resort Bands

A wristband company built by hospitality people.

We did not start as a tech company. We started as a back-of-house operations team at a Caribbean resort, ordering paper bands by the pallet and watching them fail. So we built our own.

Why we exist

The wristband is the smallest object a resort touches more than any other. It carries the brand, opens the door, pays for the daiquiri, and stays on a guest's wrist for the entire trip. When it fails — when it tears in the pool, when it fades after one day in the sun, when the chip stops talking to the lock — the whole stay feels broken.

Most wristband vendors are general-purpose printers. They sell to dry cleaners and hospitals and 5K races. We sell to one industry, and we engineer for it.

Where we operate

Manufacturing runs in the Pearl River Delta and final assembly in the Dominican Republic. Shipping hubs in Miami, Rotterdam, and Singapore. We have placed wristbands on guests in 40+ countries across the Caribbean, Mexico, the US, mainland Europe, and Southeast Asia.

What we will not do

We will not pretend to be a software company. We will not sell you a "platform." We make the band — the physical, well-engineered, branded band — and we make sure it works with the systems your property already runs. If you need a full PMS integration, we will refer you to our partners. If you need the band that works with that PMS, you are in the right place.
