Beaded RFID wristbands
A beaded bracelet with one functional bead is the most discreet way to put a credential on a guest. Nothing about it announces a system: no faceplate, no logo, no plastic clasp. It is specified by properties where the operational requirement is real but visible technology would break the room — retreats, private islands, adults-only resorts, and spas where guests undress.

Compatibility
Bands are encoded to work with the lock and point-of-sale systems your property already runs. We supply entry, standard and high-security HF transponders at 13.56 MHz, and 125 kHz where a property still runs a low-frequency estate.
Name the system on your enquiry and send a spare card if you have one. Bands arrive in sequential blocks, ready to issue, with nothing to program on site.

The construction is fixed; the substrate is the decision. This is where wear period, water behaviour and unit price are actually settled.

Every other band in the range has an obvious face, so a guest presents it correctly without being told. A strand of beads has no face. If the transponder is in an unmarked bead, the guest rotates the bracelet against the reader until something happens, and the first week of the season is spent teaching people to do it. That is a real operational cost and it is why most beaded credentials fail.
So exactly one bead is different. It is slightly larger, and it carries a small engraved mark — a dot, a line, the property monogram at a few millimetres. Staff say "the marked bead to the reader" once at check-in and it is understood immediately, because a guest only has to find one thing rather than aim an object with no orientation.
That bead is drilled oversize and sealed around a small transponder rather than having one glued to its surface. Wood and lava stone both take a clean bore; stone needs a diamond bit and a slower feed, which is most of the price difference between the two. The seal is what keeps a shower from reaching the inlay, and it is why we do not recommend prolonged immersion — this is the one product here where we would rather understate the water tolerance than have a guest swim in it for two weeks and find out.
The cord is either elasticated for a fixed size or hand-knotted with a sliding adjuster. Elastic is faster to issue and eventually relaxes; knotted lasts and takes a few more seconds at the desk. Properties issuing hundreds a week want elastic. Properties issuing twelve villas want knotted, and the difference in guest perception between the two is larger than the difference in cost.
