Staff wristbands
A guest band is consumed and replaced. A staff band is an asset: it is worn through every shift, it opens back-of-house doors a guest band never touches, and when someone leaves it has to stop working the same afternoon. That last requirement is a systems decision more than a product one, and it changes how the band should be numbered and recorded.

Compatibility
Bands are encoded to work with the lock and point-of-sale systems your property already runs. We supply entry, standard and high-security HF transponders at 13.56 MHz, and 125 kHz where a property still runs a low-frequency estate.
Name the system on your enquiry and send a spare card if you have one. Bands arrive in sequential blocks, ready to issue, with nothing to program on site.

Substrates
Available in silicone and woven fabric.
The construction is fixed; the substrate is the decision. This is where wear period, water behaviour and unit price are actually settled.

Every property asks about durability and almost none ask about revocation, and revocation is the one that creates real exposure. A member of staff leaves on Friday. Their band still exists, it still opens the plant room and the stock store, and unless someone can identify exactly which credential number was theirs and switch it off, it stays valid. The band is not the problem — the missing register is.
So staff bands are supplied in sequential blocks with a delivered record of which numbers are in which block, and the property maintains the mapping from number to holder. It sounds administrative because it is. It is also the difference between "disable band 0412" taking ten seconds and an evening spent re-issuing a whole department because nobody knows which one to disable.
That is also why the band carries a department mark and not a person's name. Names date, staff move between departments, and a named band is scrap the day someone is promoted. A colour and a department mark with a number underneath survives reassignment, and the number is what the system actually cares about. It also avoids handing a lost band's finder the name of an employee.
Durability maths differ from the guest range. A guest band needs to survive two weeks of sun cream; a staff band needs to survive twelve months of kitchen degreaser, housekeeping chemicals, hot water and being caught on trolleys. Silicone handles that and printed surfaces do not, so staff bands are debossed as a rule. Contractors are the exception — a dated coated-paper band that expires by design is safer than a durable band you have to remember to collect.
